Hi Everyone,

There are some great things happening with AW and unfortunately we will not be announcing an AlphaWoman of the week this week. We should be back on schedule next week though. There will be no newsletter this week either. Gabe under went nose surgery and is out of commission for the week.

Also, next week I have some exciting announcements and news about some changes that are taking place within AlphaWomen.com that are going to benefit the entire community!

I wanted to take a moment and tell you that though I may not comment on all of your posts, I READ them all. I am so impressed, moved, and laugh out loud often while being completely inspired by your writings. Keep up the good work.

Lastly, I never ask for help, I don't take handouts and like Danielle or Beautymark, I take pride in doing things on my own. I realize though that mentality isn't going to work for AlphaWomen.com. We are a team and it is going to take a team effort to grow this community.

My vision for AW is to make this such a significant place that WE HAVE A VOICE, that we are a driving force and a voice to reckon with that we can actually warrant change and make a difference. That the world, corporations and media outlets takes notice and stop and listen to what we are saying here because WE ARE THE TREND SETTERS, THE DECISION MAKERS AND THE VOICE OF AMERICA. And WHY NOT? Where else can women go to discuss, on their own accord in their own voice, their triumphs, trials, tribulations, experiences, needs, wants, and make new genuine friendships and business relationships?

So, I guess what I am saying is that I NEED YOUR HELP! There that wasn't so bad.... I need your help in spreading the word about AlphaWomen.com. In the past six months we have had 2 major media networks take interest in our little community. If we were to partner with either of these networks it would possibly benefit the entire community and your blogs! That being said, I want to protect what I started and not let AW turn into a "desperate housewife" community or another editorial driven site for women. That is the LAST thing that the world needs! i would rather lose everything before letting that happen.

Of course I would take your opinions into consideration before making such a partnership. So, tell all of your friends, women, co-workers, SHOUT IT OUT FROM THE ROOF TOPS, ALPHAWOMEN.com is the COFFEE SHOP OF THE INTERNET WHERE REAL CONVERSATIONS ARE HAPPENING! We truly  have a very powerful community in the works here, but I can't do it without you guys!

Remember there really is no other place on the internet where YOU are controlling the content and getting noticed, featured and taken seriously by other like minded women. You can speak YOUR mind and not be controlled by word count. This is HUGE.

So help me help grow AW and create a voice that will be recognized, heard, respected and have a positive impact on women and the world. That is my dream, that is my legacy that I want to leave behind and why I created AlphaWomen.com in the first place!

I am hesitant to say this but, I got EVERYTHING into this and lost so much in creating this site. Someday I will tell you the entire story behind AlphaWomen.com but believe me when I tell you that I bet the house on this life goal! I'm committed to AW and YOU!

P.S. if you received an creepy email in your private AW accounts from DavidFizzle, I deleted him and sent him a very nice little email telling him I was going to find his wife and tell her what he is up to. I haven't heard from him since. Thanks for policing the community and keeping it clean.
