At times in life we do things that we are not proud of and we tend to put down ourselves or let others bring us down. I remember the following story and I just wanted to share...
A motivational speaker was talking to a room of young adults. He held up a $20 bill in his hand and asked the room of people "who here wants this $20 bill" .. nearly all the hands went up. He took the $20 bill crumpled it up dropped it on the ground mashed it. He then took it up again, held it up and said "who here still wants this $20 bill".. the same amount of hands went up.
He then continued to say. This $20 bill represents all of us. No matter what we go through, all the bad choices we make etc does not change our worth. Just as in the case with the $20 bill that was stamped on it was worth no less after being trampled on. So it should be with all of us, don't let life make you feel that you are not valuable or that you are no good.
Don't waste time wishing you had not done this or should have done that. Live life to the fullest in this moment at hand and don't let bad choices weaken you but rather use your mistakes to make you into a better, stronger you.
