Is it wrong to need a break from your kids?
I love them dearly but I notice after so long I get aggravated quickly, high tempered, and just need a break. My dear husband don't seems to understand that I NEED A BREAK!
We both are self-employed with offices outside of the home. The youngest is 1 and he is in daycare, the other two that live with us are 14 and 7. Sometimes I just don't wanna hear about school, friends, sports, whining, eat-eat, etc
I feel so bad saying this because I love my kids but I don't know what other language to say it in......I NEED A BREAK! (ANY TRANSLATORS IN THE HOUSE)
I'm planning to visit my aunt next weekend in New Orleans because she is having surgery and can you believe I have to take the baby.....NOOOO!!!! My husband is so overprotective he don't trust anyone with our child except us. I asked him how old will he be when he will trust other people to watch him besides licensed child care providers.....10???

I have a six year old and sometimes i just want to run away. I run my own business as well and so does my husband. There are some afternoons that all i want to do is "crash out" for an hour an every 15 mins my son comes to wake me up and I just just want to scream. So TRUST ME I fully understand when you say you need a break.

It's so great to know that I am not alone! Maybe now I won't have to feel so bad about it, likes it a crime to wanna be alone.
