I guess that overall, I think too much. But sometimes, these odd thoughts enter my head.
For instance, it drive me crazy knowing that most people think that the Italians were eating spaghetti marinara in 1491. Or that chocolate came from Switzerland. Or that American wine is ONLY made in the states of California, Oregon, Washington and New York.
But I tend to look at food and wine in sometimes unusual and irreverent ways.
