- I am a 53 year old Grandmother of two. I am retired from AOL/Time Warner and a personal trainer/nutritionist. I danced my entire life and just recently made a CD of some favorite songs. I am trying to do things that I've always wanted to do but just couldn't seem to find the time. I lost my Brother last year. He died suddenly and unexpectedly while getting ready for work one morning at the age of 56. Now I have a different outlook on life and take it one day at a time. I laugh often, I cry sometimes and I'm never afraid to feel.
