Bio: I am a young and busy professional living in beautiful San Diego, California. I have a great passion for fitness and nutrition. The bulk of my knowledge and experience is in personal fitness and professional business. I received my BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona with a focus on finance. In addition, I have been a long-time fitness instructor, specializing in cycling, BOSU, kickboxing and athletic conditioning. As you can tell, fitness and nutrition is a big part of my life. So in early 2006 I started a company called Optimal Nutrition, an organic gourmet custom meal delivery service. My personal goal is to educate and motivate people about nutrition and its relevance to health and fitness. I really just want to help others to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
